A kirana that has traded for twenty years, a salon with a full book, a tuition centre the whole colony trusts. Search for any of them and there is nothing — no hours, no photos, no way to reach them. Every website builder ever made assumes the owner has a laptop, an hour, and comfort in English. Most have none of the three, so the drop-off is not a design problem you can fix. The tool itself is the barrier.
